Event Management

Our event management experience is for couples desiring a smooth, carefree wedding day!

In this package, we take care of all logistics for your wedding day - starting with your timeline, floorplan + set up needs, and all vendor communication on your wedding day. We start working with you the minute you book!

Partial Planning & Design

With this package, we really get to know YOU and your unique style so that we can create a one of a kind moodboard for you - on top of our regular Event Management services. Then we work with your vendors to bring your cohesive wedding vision to life.

Full Plan

This is our most comprehensive package - created to be all-inclusive and for the couple who would like the most stress-free and expert-led planning services. If you book this package, we are with you every step of the way!

Taylor did SUCH an amazing job with me and my HUSBAND’S wedding!!

Taylor took absolutely all my stress away as she ensured everything was setup before the big day so we could relax. She had a document with us to check things off to ensure we were on track with wedding planning. She was very prompt to respond with anything and everything.

As far as the day of.. TAYLOR DID ABSOLUTELY PERFECT with keeping us stress free. She set up all my personal items for some decor, kept us on schedule, coordinated with ALL of our venders (there was a lot), and was there the ENTIRE wedding day for everything I needed. There is nothing about that day that I would change, and that is all thanks so Taylor.

We feel very lucky to have had Taylor as our wedding coordinator. Leading up to our wedding, Taylor was incredibly responsive and served as a seamless liaison between us and our vendors - something we appreciated since we were planning from afar.

Taylor provided us with a Google Drive with helpful templates that allowed us to visualize details we hadn’t originally considered. From mapping out our timeline and ceremony layout to organizing personal items (including their placement and end-of-night plan), she helped us think through everything in advance. Because of this preparation, we were able to truly relax and enjoy our wedding day.

Beyond her organization and attention to detail, Taylor brought a calm, friendly presence while keeping everything running smoothly and on time. She made an already special day feel effortless and even more memorable. We can’t say enough good things about Taylor and how critical she was to making our big day so special!
